About Me

Casey is a compassionate therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, parents, new mothers, and individuals navigating substance use challenges. Influenced by her Buddhist upbringing, she takes a mindful and client-centered approach, incorporating self-esteem work and inner child healing. Casey values meeting clients where they are and supporting them in understanding and healing emotional wounds. Her clinical experience includes OCAPICA Project Hope and Vera’s Sanctuary for Women.
