About Me

I am Dr. Yulia Koba Antoniadou I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I specialize in working with individuals and couples. I have almost 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy and counseling in different settings. I am highly experienced and trained in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, relational issues, and substance use issues. I have a lot of experience working with couples and families. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and direct. I believe that together we can change the way you think, interact, and relate to others and yourself. I use different modalities that are always tailored to your needs and goals. I specialize in working with trauma and complex PTSD using TF-CBT, Somatic Experiencing, ACT, and other modalities. I also specialize in infertility, perinatal losses, birth trauma, pregnancy, and postpartum adjustment. I strongly believe that every person deserves the support and compassionate care. I believe my extensive clinical experience, multiple in-depth specialized trainings, and personal experience will allow me to provide best care and guide you in your process of healing.
